Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:
Right of ownership: I reserve the right to post the art in any of my accounts. Character credit will be given, as well as say who commissioned me unless you don't want me to reveal who you are
Right of refusal: I reserve the right to turn down a commission for any reason
Complexity: Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the design of the characters
Non-profit: You are not allowed to redistribute, sell, or ship my artwork for physical or digital goods. Using it as a profile picture is fine
Commercial agreements: If you wish to use my artwork for commercial purposes such as merchandise or content creation, you must discuss it with me beforehand. I reserve the right to increase rates for commercial artwork.
No editing: You are not allowed to edit, trace, or otherwise transform the artwork, unless it's for cropping reasons
Right of credit: Never claim my artwork as your own. Always credit me with a link to any of my social media
References: You must give me as many references as possible of what you'd like me to draw. If you don't have any for your character, please put together inspiration pictures and as many guidelines as possible
No refunds: I do not perform refunds. Please contact me if you're concerned about how long it's taking. I generally respond within a business day. If you wish to cancel the commission, I will not refund you
Deadlines: If you need the artwork to be done by a certain time, please tell me before payment. If the deadline is very close, there can be rush fees
You may never use my artwork for any kind of project related to blockchain technology or artificial intelligence
Digital goods only: There will be not physical prints and/or shipping to your address
Payment upfront: I request full payment before starting to work
Revisions: You’re allowed to ask for WIPs whenever you want, but please keep in mind I can’t make corrections in the drawing once I’ve started colouring. I will typically send a WIP after finishing the sketch so I can apply corrections you may request.
